Over the next 45 years, Mike grew DLC into a trusted name in commercial landscaping and arboriculture, known for premium quality work, dependable service, and a deep commitment to our clients and community.
Today, DLC employs over 30 dedicated professionals and continues to be recognized as a top-tier commercial landscape contractor and arbor services provider in the region.
Now under the leadership of Anthony Naes, the next generation is stepping forward to carry the torch. With a lifelong passion for the outdoors and a deep respect for the legacy Mike built, Anthony is focused on leading DLC into the future—maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence while embracing innovation and client-focused growth.
Anthony is supported every step of the way by his wife, Ally, and together they are raising their three children with the same values that DLC was built on—hard work, integrity, and a love for the outdoors. In their free time, the Naes family enjoys skiing, golfing and whatever sporting event their kids are playing.
Mike Naes remains an integral part of DLC, serving as Executive Advisor to ensure that the company’s core values—quality, integrity, and community connection—remain at the heart of everything we do.
