JAPANESE BEETLE TREATMENT
Japanese Beetles lay their eggs in turfgrass and grow into “C-shaped” white grubs. These grubs feed on the roots of grasses, which makes lawns more susceptible to drought. In the summer, the beetles graze on Virginia Creeper, Roses, and various tree species. Many gardeners handpick the beetles to remove them from yard plants. Contact DLC to control large infestations.

Decades ago, residents of Cherry Hills Village planted Cottonwood and Silver Poplar trees to create shade, but they can drink up to 100 gallons of water each day, and are also disease-prone. DLC has the expertise and equipment to remove large Cottonwoods.
